Glamping - Business potential

The word glamping originates from the combination of GLAMorous + camping and means glamorous, luxurious camping.

In fact, we are not talking about camping in the strict sense of the word, because it is well known that camping is a larger area where people camp relatively close to each other and stay in caravans. In contrast to this, in the case of glamping, the apartments are much less often located next to each other, or even only one apartment is found in one location. The experience factor of a glamping accommodation is mostly determined by its location. Lakes, rivers, hills, next to a beautiful panorama, in peace, without external stimuli, only the proximity of nature that "disrupts" our comfort. The purpose of a glamping accommodation is to create a private sphere and comfortable rest in a beautiful natural environment.

ECO Resort already means a higher and more exclusive equipment, in an even more special location close to nature.
The type of accommodation can be any smaller size (approx. max. 50 sqm), lightweight modular mobile home, geodesic dome tent, gazebo, uniquely shaped planned structure... - This makes it nice that any shape can fit into these categories

 

MARKET, BUSINESS

These two accommodation services are a modern alternative to the rural tourism accommodation branch, with an increasingly large market. 70% of people in Hungary have never heard the term glamping. (but probably many people have already visited a similarly pretty weekend house on the edge of the forest, at this level...)

Occupancy of such and similar accommodations often reaches 100%. There aren't that many luxury glamping and eco resort accommodations in Hungary yet, but those that are already in operation have 50-80% occupancy several months in advance.
Those who are familiar with this form of accommodation look for them and try them out. For those who are not familiar with but love wellness hotels, it is an excellent alternative - especially in these pandemic times - for a comfortable rest close to nature.
By implementing such and similar projects, an annual return of at least 20% can be achieved.
