• Tents and Comfort: 20 GLAMPING tents with a diameter of 6 meters, fully equipped with all comforts.

• Terrace, Toilet, Bath: Each unit comes with a ground-screw terrace, bathroom, and toilet, a mini kitchen module, ensuring complete comfort.

• Private Sphere: The placement minimizes groundwork and provides a private sphere in a nature-oriented environment.

Technical Details:

• Tent Specifications: 6m diameter, durable army duck canvas material, suitable for 2-4 people, with an option for up to 6 people.

• Mobility: Tents and structures are mobile, and terraces are secured with ground screws.

• Durable: Tested for 1 year under various continental climates, continuously on hilltops.

• 4-Season Usage: Tents are suitable for all four seasons.

• Land: Possible anywhere in the country, and specific areas with suitable conditions are currently available, such as ~20,000 sqm, inland, capable of accommodating 40-120 people with energy and infrastructure. Located on the southern side of Lake Balaton, 10-15 minutes by car.

Schedule:

• Early May 2024: Opening with 10 tents.

• Summer 2024: Setting up the additional 10 tents.

Investment Requirement:

• Total Cost: 200M HUF

• Unit Price: 10M HUF/unit, including all infrastructure costs per unit.

• Opportunity in Packages for Investors: Development packages worth 5M HUF, maximum 40 investors, promising 15-20% returns, but potentially reaching 25-30%.
